  10. Right for the help of supervisory authority – meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.

Data we gather

This might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website. This information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address.

This includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools.     Forums. To facilitate your use of the Forums, we use Personally Identifiable Information collected during your use of the Forums. In addition, we may publish this information via extensions of our Platform that use third-party services, like mobile applications. We also reserve the right to reuse Forum posts containing Personally Identifiable Information in future iterations of the Service, for the purpose of enhancing future Service offerings. We may archive this information and/or use it for future communications with you and/or your designee(s). We may also use or publish posts submitted on the forums without using Personally Identification Information.

    Communications with UMPI Business Partners. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with business partners of UMPI to receive communications from such parties that you have opted in to.


    Disclosure to UMPI Operations and Maintenance Contractors. Our operations and maintenance contractors may have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information in the course of providing products or services to us. These contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the site and/or Service. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for us.

    UMPI may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service and on third-party services.     We do not share your Personal Data with strangers. Personal Data about you is in some cases provided to our trusted partners in order to either make providing the service to you possible or to enhance your customer experience. We share your data with:
